Alas!  Because there’s already a massive number of characters in the ASOIAF universe, we won’t be accepting true OCs.  But anyone named in the series is fair game for fleshing out, so long as you give us a little bit about their history/personality.

Don’t panic! If you’ve rp’d before chances are you can para above and beyond par; genre shouldn’t change that too drastically.  I say go for it, and I’ll let you know anything that needs tweaking if it does.

At this point, yes!  I’ll be re-opening all reserved characters as of this afternoon, so go on ahead.
